Itinerary

Day 1 :
ARRIVE SAO PAULO

Your getaway to South America starts in Sao Paulo. On arrival, proceed to your hotel and check-in. Thereafter the day is free to explore the city on your own. Overnight in Sao Paulo. (D)

Day 2 :
Fly to Manaus, Amazon. Visit to Monkey Forest

Today, proceed to airport for your flight to Manaus. Upon arrival you will be transferred by boat to the jungle lodge which is surrounded by nature. Later, take a trip to visit a native resident’s house and learn more about the traditions and customs of local Amazonian natives. Later, visit the Monkey Forest. Next, proceed for a night tour of the Amazon in paddle or motorized canoes, where you have a chance of spotting small alligators and other nocturnal animals.

Day 3 :
Enjoy the ‘Meeting of the Waters’ cruise on River Negro. Nature Hiking Tour in Rainforest

Today, get ready for an adventure on a riverboat tour the ‘Meeting of the Waters’. The incredible place where two distinct bodies of water meet, but don’t mix. Temperature, density and velocity differences keep these two bodies of water separate for more than 6 miles before at last they join to form the great
Amazon. Later, proceed for a nature hiking tour in the Amazon Rainforest, the world’s largest tropical rainforest, famous for its biodiversity. On this tour the guide will educate you about the local flora/fauna, edible fruits, potable water, first aid, how to find your way around in the forest and much more. Later you can try your hand on fishing, on the river.

Day 4 :
Fly to Rio de Janeiro.

Today, proceed to airport for your flight to Rio de Janeiro, one of Brazil’s most important cities. On arrival, proceed to your hotel and check-in. Later you have some free time to explore the city on your own.

Day 5 :
Visit statue of Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, Copacabana beach.

Today, we start our day by taking a cog-wheel train up to the Corcovado Mountain to visit the iconic statue of Christ the Redeemer. Later, proceed on a guided city tour of Rio, drive through downtown Rio, passing by the Maracana Stadium, the Sambodrome and Metropolitan Cathedral. Later in afternoon we visit the world famous Sugar Loaf Mountain which has become an iconic symbol of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Get a unique experience in the cable car while going up to the mountain. We also visit the famous Copacabana Beach and the downtown area.
In the evening you can opt for famous Samba Show at the Plataforma. Overnight in Rio de Janeiro. (B, D)

Day 6 :
Fly to Iguassu.

Today, we drive to airport to board your flight to Iguassu. Iguassu is famous for its stunning falls, a total of 275 waterfalls make up the Iguassu Falls, which are the widest and most imposing waterfalls on earth. Later you have some free time to explore the city on your own.

Day 7 :
Visit Iguassu Falls from Argentinean side.

Today, we visit the Argentinean side of the Iguassu Falls. We start with a short train ride that leads us to the trails. Later a walk along the catwalks, some 1200 meters over the islands, takes you to enjoy the most spectacular sight: the Devil’s Throat Fall.

Day 8 :
Visit Iguassu Falls from Brazilian Side.

Today, we take a trip to the Brazilian side of the falls. We walk along a narrow 1,500m. path and along with the catwalk that goes very close to the bottom of the Devil’s Throat, from where you will enjoy breathtaking views over the Brazilian side of the falls. Later, we take a flight to Lima - the capital of Peru.

Day 9 :
Guided tour of Lima

Today, we take you on a guided tour of Lima. See, the Love Park in Miraflores, with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and Huaca Pucllana- ceremonial center of the Lima culture. Visit the Main Square where the Government Palace and the Town Hall are located. Also visit the Cathedral and explore the Santo Domingo Convent. Later you have some free time to explore the city on your own.

Day 10 :
Fly to Cusco - Archaeological Capital of the Americas.

Today, we take a flight to Cusco. On arrival, proceed on a guided city tour. Visit the famous Temple of Sun Korikancha - the most important temple in the Inca Empire. See the archaeological sites that date from Inca and the famous cathedral of Cusco. Later you have some free time at the Main Square.

Day 11 :
Visit one of the Seven Wonders of the World - Machu Picchu.

Today, proceed to visit one of the wonders of the world - Machu Picchu. You will start by a train going through the Urubamba Valley, the Sacred Valley of the Incas, to the fabulous mountaintop ruins of Machu Picchu. This city is an eye-tantalizing tribute to man in harmony with nature. Enjoy the full day in this magical place and later take a train back to Cusco.

Day 12 :
Fly to Buenos Aires. Enjoy an exciting Tango show with dinner.

Today, proceed to airport for your flight to Buenos Aires the capital of Argentina. On arrival, proceed to your hotel and check-in. Later in the evening you will be taken for the glamorous Tango Show with dinner - a musical extravaganza with poetical, entertaining and touching edges.

Day 13 :
Guided city tour of Buenos Aires.

Today, enjoy guided city tour of this beautiful city. See the symbol of the city: the obelisk on avenida 9 de Julio, visit Plaza de Mayo and Plaza San Martín. Drive through historical and elegant neighborhoods like La Boca, San Telmo, Montserrat, Palermo and Recoleta. We will also see financial and commercial areas and a Football Stadium. Later, evening is at leisure for shopping on your own.

Day 14 :
Depart Buenos Aires.
